Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue CheeseThis dresses up a salad with style! Quick and easy to make, it’s perfect for a formal dinner or a light lunch.

1/3-cup mayonnaise or vegenaise

1/3-cup sour cream

1/3-cup buttermilk

1/3-cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 oz. Blue or Roquefort cheese

1-teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove pressed garlic

Dash of red wine

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well, adjust for taste and refrigerate until use.
