Fruit Crisp

fruit crispA traditional fruit crisp recipe. Quick and easy, this is a favored dish for hoildays and picnic desserts.

1/3 cup butter

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup oats

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375.

Crust: Cut butter into flour
Mix in remaining dry ingredients.
Line bottom of baking pan with unpeeled fresh fruit, top with crust.
Bake for 30 minutes.
