2 cups cooked brown rice
2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup vanilla or lemon yogurt
3/4 cup of honey
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
