What Can I Do? If you are a gun owner, first and foremost be a model of gun safety in your own home. Keep your gun unloaded and locked up. Teach your kids that guns can be lethal. And make sure that you are as familiar with safe gun practices as possible. Check out www.geocities.com/Athens/ Academy/ 3483/guns.html for more information. Always ask if there is a gun in the homes of your children's friends. For additional information, call PAX and find out about The ASK Campaign at 212-254-5300.
