JJ Cole Mode Diaper Bag Giveaway!

I promised you that I’d get more diaper bag giveaways goin’ on around here, and I am stoked to present this JJ Cole Mode Blue Vine diaper bag. It is SO SWEET, I can barely bring myself to not run off with it into the sunset. Just kidding. Mostly.

According to the JJ Cole Collections website, “The Mode includes twelve pockets inside and out for organizing. Depending on preference, the Mode allows for three carrying options including two tote straps, a removable padded shoulder strap, or stroller attachments for a no-slip grip to your stroller handle.”

• easy-to-clean laminated canvas

• removable, padded shoulder strap

• two front zipper pockets

• back pocket for all your changing needs

• coordinating changing pad included

It’s also PVC- and pthalate-free, 14.5″ wide, x 13.5″ high x 5″ deep. And most laptops would fit in it. And…I think I’ll throw some yummy products in there too–some butt balms and other goodies.

So please leave a comment below to enter this contest. If you have a sec, tell me what kinds of articles you’d like to see more of in Mothering.

And please consider donating your extra/stored cloth diapers to our mama-to-mama cloth diaper matchmaker program, which has currently helped over 30 moms in less than a week. I’m so grateful to the women who have so generously sent cloth diapers to mamas who are in need–and for the needin’ mamas who have spoken up, to be those squeaky wheels who are now able to be green and keep sposies off their babies’ butts. If you have cloth diapers to donate, please email me at candacew@mothering.com (with a description of the size and type of dipes you have) and I will match you up with a mama pronto.

  3. This bag looks so cute! I’m in dire need of a new diaper bag!

I would love to see more articles on attachment parenting two (or more) very young children, tandem nursing (loved the Nursing Triad article earlier!), and natural pregnancy/homebirth with a toddler underfoot. 🙂

  4. Please enter me!

  11. This diaper bag looks delicious! I would love to win it!

I don’t faithfully read all of Mothering’s articles, but sure appreciate the ones I do get to. I’m always interested in what’s out there for me that is the most natural and “real” for my daughters – from food to skincare to toys and games. Hormones, chemicals, and unpronouncable ingredients are so hard to avoid, but we do our best.

  12. This diaper bag is SO cute! Love it!!! I would like breastfeeding articles that deal with extended breastfeeding, breastfeeding while pregnant, how and when to wean.

  13. I’d like to see an article about finding support systems for alternative parenting decisions, like Holistic Moms Network or La Leche League. I’m sure there are many others out there!

  14. I’d like to know more about co-sleeping, breast feeding moms…like will we ever sleep through the night and what do i do for naps once she’s crawling 🙂

  15. I’d love to see articles on co-sleeping, cloth diapering, alternative vaccination, and breastfeeding

  16. That’s a pretty bag!! 🙂

I would like to see more articles on organic gardening with children in all kinds of climates, and also on urban agriculture, and how to get our kids involved in that.

  17. What a cute diaper bag!

I would like to see more articles on gentle discipline for high needs children especially for children who have been diagnosed with a disorder such as autism or ADHD, as well as how to gently discipline strong willed children.

  19. I’d love to see more articles about breastfeeding. Still pregnant and interested in learning more and would love any and all insight on what to expect, tips and work arounds. Useful stuff like that. 🙂

    Very nice bag btw!

  20. I would love to see more articles about mothering in different cultures. I loved the article about the mom who spent some time in Mongolia.

  21. What a great give-away!!! I’d love it!

I love Mothering!!! More articles on breastfeeding, empowering childbirth, doulas, homebirth, midwives please! Great job!!

  22. I am a new subscriber and mother-to-be, so I don’t can’t provide a lot of suggestions except the topics I HOPE to see, one of which would be for mothers who want to pursue a career and be good, available mom’s as well. Balancing family and career ambitions?? Just a thought.

  23. I think I’d like to see more articles about feminism and it’s relationship to motherhood…

and I’d love this diaper bag!

  24. Oh cute!

It’s hard to think of what else you could write about. You seem to always have a great variety of topics.

  25. I’d love to see articles about gentle parenting while single. It’s hard to balance the needs of your children and your own needs without a partner!

  26. I am still using my diaper bag someone bought me 4yrs ago for my son- I’d love a new one!

Your articles on gentle discipline are great- I’d love to see more articles on gentle discipline and the difficult toddlers.

  27. Love the bag!

I would like to see more articles in mothering about parenting young babies(since mine is only 6 mos) breastfeeding, vaccine info, and loved on cloth diapers but would love to see more

I am also happy to report that Mothering does such a great job with article selection I cannot think of anything left to be desired.

  29. I love the bag! I would like more articles on dealing with negativity towards parenting choices. My daughter is only 8 months old but I get tons of negative comments from everyone I know about how I need to hurry up and ween her.

  30. Hello! Thank you for this contest! I am currently using for my 5th baby all my cloth diapers, and some of them were even given to me 2nd hand… if there’s still any wear left in them when I’m done, I definitely would like to donate to a needy mom 🙂

I would like to see more of… I don’t know, I love birth stories!

    Thank you 🙂

  31. Ooh, cute. I would like to see more articles about the challenges of attachment parenting/ cosleeping, and trouble shooting ideas for exhausted moms 🙂

  32. Yay bags! I’ll need a new one for a new baby.

I love the idea of addressing ADHD naturally.

As a Montessori teacher, I’d love to see homes programs set up to support that style of teaching. It is such a natural way to help children learn.

  33. ADORABLE BAG! I would like to see more articles on getting baby to sleep through the night without crying it out.

  34. Beautiful bag… if I don’t win I may have to add one like this to my baby registry! 🙂

I’d love to see more articles on alternative health care for kids and families: acupuncture, massage, chiropractic (*smile* I’m a chiropractor), aromatherapy, natural remedies, etc. Articles on hostessing and planning blessingways/blessingway ideas. I’d also love to learn more about how one goes about getting started in homeschooling (have no idea where to start although that is a few years away).

I’m also reading some old Mothering issues that a friend donated to me, and there are a ton of articles that could be re-visited! 🙂

  35. What a great bag! I’m in need of a good diaper bag to help me get organized. I’d love articles on how to juggle 2 kids, kids arguing, sleeping issues with two, etc.

  36. I would like to see more on homeschooling, actually unschooling in particular. I am very interested in unschooling my children.

  37. Recipes! I’d love to see more easy & quick-to-make recipes in Mothering. 🙂

And I second the more-cosleeping articles. I love cosleeping and wouldn’t change it for the world, but it does present its own set of challenges….

  38. Oh, super cute!

I’d love to see more articles on homeschooling children with ADD and also on tandem nursing since I have recently ventured into both!

  39. I would love to see articles about healthy living. My son has asthma and allergies and we are always looking for new ideas to implement to make his quality of living better.

  40. What an awesome print. Perfect for the new mama of a baby boy. My DS surprised us 4 wks earlier than expected so I have not gotten around to getting a “diaper” bag as of yet.

  41. Unconditional parenting, unschooling, tandem nursing, and I really need an article about moving/relocating and connecting with a new community of moms (sources, mama groups, tips).

  42. I would LOVE this bag! I’d like to see more information on birthing centers. I had such an amazing experience at mine and I don’t think everyone knows that it’s an option.

  43. I so need a new bag right now! Mine is falling apart!

Would love to see more articles on how toi know when to wean from breastfeeding, easy food for pre-toddlers/homemade babyfood recipes.

  44. i would like to see more homebirth or unassisted birth with other children home. and more attachment parenting stuff. and baby led weaning and what foods to feed.

  45. I would love to see more articles on developmental styles! Right now I’m reading the Touchpoints book, and while I disagree with the author on a few things, the growth and development stuff is really interesting. I would also like to see more stuff about identity and motherhood.

  46. I love this bag! I would like to see more articles on child development (both cognitive and physical) and how parents can foster learning in young children.

  47. I’d love to see some articles about REAL body image. So many mothers complain about their bodies being “wrecked” after having a baby. But look what we’re exposed to – celebrities sporting bikinis 8weeks after giving birth.

I’d love to read and see what average mothers go through after birth: breasts, mummy-tummies (especially after daistasis) stretch marks, etc.

We all need this kind of support group!

  48. I would love to be entered in to win this bag! I love it!!!

I love all the articles you post, but seeing more articles on attachment parenting a toddler/preschooler and beyond would be nice.

  49. Oh my gosh! I would LOVE to tote this bag!!!!Also, would love to see more AP parenting articles, babywearing etc. Thank you!!

  50. Very nice! I would like to see articles on single parenting after divorce and how to handle forced visitations for children who just DON’T want to go!

  51. I already like the balance of articles! I’d love a new diaper bag – I never feel like I can fit everything in since I cloth diaper. (Actually, advice on how to leave the house without my diaper bag weighing more than my 1 year-old would be great!)

  52. I’d love the diaper bag! I’d like to see more articles on baby lead weaning and unassisted birth. Also late start eaters. Thank you!

  53. What a beautiful bag! I would love to see more articles on tandem nursing, attachment parenting and homeschooling. Thanks!
    .-= Pamela´s last blog ..updates =-.

  54. I would love to have this diaper bag for my baby due in January!!! I would love to see more articles on Waldorf style education and info on The Natural Child Project! Thank you 🙂

  55. this is a cute bag! I would like to see more articles about creative ideas in parenting…for example art, cooking, homeschooling, songs, etc. I would also like to see more photos of muslim women and their children.

  56. Thanks for continuing the natural childbirth articles. I love reading about new evidence that supports midwifery care, and continue to direct expecting mothers to your fabulous magazine!

Love the diaper bag … hope I win! My current one is getting really shabby after about nine years!

  57. I would love to see more articles on homeschooling and attachment parenting beyond toddler-hood and its benefits. This bag is cute!

  58. I love the ideas posted already! WAHMs, alternative healthcare for children, also interested in an article about being a mama whose paid-job is primarily “on-call” (doula, midwife, etc.)

  59. Gosh that diaper bag is cute! I could replace the one I’ve used for 7 years for that one!

I’d like to see more articles on how ap/cd/ extended breastfeeding mommas interact with more main stream institutions. So for example, if I cloth diaper and I want to use child care at the Y, how do I approach the issue. If I need to nurse my two year old in the library what should my approach be? Sometimes I have trouble putting the philosophy into practise and would love to hear about how other mommas do it.

  60. Oh what a cute diaper bag!

I would love to see more articles on gentle discipline, particularly with toddlers and preschoolers. 🙂

  61. It will be too late for me, since I’m due so soon, but I’d have loved to have read an article on what kinds of interventions at what levels ARE appropriate for moms with health issues. For example, I have chronic high blood pressure, which tends to rise even more the last few weeks of my pregnancies and even more during labor/deliver and had post-partum preeclampsia with my last pregnancy. So many articles are ANTI any interventions EVER and it would be nice to balance them with when ARE the interventions appropriate.

  62. I would like to see a more articles on homemade baby food, sibling adjustment tips, and positive discipline (as Lia says). Cute bag! Thanks for all the give aways. It’s been a blast watching it all.

  63. Cute bag!

I always love reading articles about home births and water births. 🙂 Or maybe the benefits of attachement parenting in a military family.

I also love lending out my magazine to friends pregnant with boys when I know there is an article about circumcision.

  64. I love Mothering and being a mom to my two little ones; AND I would love to see articles in support of parents with working moms and stay-at-home dads! I know so many more families that are doing this, and it certainly comes with its challenges, especially with breastfeeding etc!!

  65. That is an adorable diaper bag! I’d like to see more articles on the process of (gentle, baby-led) weaning.

  66. I am trying to find a new diaper bag. Mine was a gift and just doesn’t work for us. This would be great.

I would love to see more articles on homeopathy, cloth diapering, and transitioning from breast to solids (or actually just adding in solids with breast feeding)

  67. What a great bag. I could really use this to carry my cloth diapers and cloth wipes 🙂 I would like to see more articles on homemade baby food.

  68. I would love to see an article about sibling rivelry. I need some fresh ideas on how to handle it. I have a baby and a toddler. They fight over my attention constantly. Most of the time I can look past it but some days I want to scream.

  69. I love the colors on this diaper bag, so universal!

I would love to see more articles written that are geared towards Daddies. I know this isn’t dad’s magazine, but I would love it if my husband would have more interest in reading the magazine.

  70. I need a new bag for the new baby, the old one is toast and we just make due now that DD#1 is out of dipes.

I love Mothering’s current balance, but I love articles about parenting babies and older kids in a free way, a respectful way, a long term way…

  71. Oh, that bag is gorgeous. I’m really enjoying the cloth diaper focus, since that’s my current addiction. I’d be interested in more articles on vaccines pros and cons…um… maybe articles to grow your own organic food?
.-= Sarah Tracy´s last blog ..Baby / Toddler Bow Tie =-.

  72. Love to see more holistic articles. Maybe some on GMO foods and how to buy non GMO. Love Mothering Magazine!

  73. Love the bag, looks like there is plenty of room for cloth diapers. Never found one big enough when I had my daughter. Now on the look out for one for a baby in October.

    Love your mag

  74. Gorgeous bag, love that it is PVC free, etc!

Would love to see articles on environmental health/toxics and ways to live your life without them!

  75. LOVE the bag….

I like to read about breast feeding, cloth diapering, and always love to see good birth stories.

  76. Very cute bag! The zipper on my former diaper bag ripped, so this would be awesome to have!

I love articles about breastfeeding. An article about the microbiology of an infant’s gut following natural birth and during breastfeeding would be great to see. I would also like to see something about organic gardening.

  77. Great bag! I’m due in a week, and could use something more organized than the huge tote I use for my 3 year old, now that I’ll have two to travel with!

Speaking of organization, I’d like to see an article about how moms manage to get everything done and still spend meaningful time with their kids – it seems impossible to have the house livable, healthy food on the table and feel like I am spending good time with my daughter…I can’t imagine what it will be like with two!

  78. I love articles regarding cloth diapering, birth stories, parenting toddlers/preschoolers. could really use a diaper bag.

  79. Adorable bag! I love Mothering. I am so glad to read it every time it comes. The birthing articles are what drew me to the magazine, my midwife highly recommended I start reading Mothering because of them. I really enjoy all the articles. I think it’s great how you can cover one topic and apply it to different age group all in one issue!

    Keep up the great work!

  80. Love this bag. I am a huge fan of Mothering. The forums are awesome. I would love to read more articles about homeschooling and unschooling!

  81. Lovely bag! When my 15 month old and I transitioned from on-demand nursing to 2 nursings a day, I had a very hard time finding resources about partial weaning a child his age. I would also like to read about ways to discuss difficult issues (moving, death, etc.) with young children.

Thanks for all the great work you do. I received a subscription to Mothering from my mother when I was pregnant, and I will be renewing it for many, many years to come!

  82. what a great bag! would love to win it! Like some of the other moms, I would like to see more articles on homeopathy, baby food making/recipes, and more on vaccines. Articles suggesting ways to meet other like-minded moms would also be a plus.

  83. This bag would be perfect for us! We’ve been looking for a new one, but staying at home means not a lot of disposable income anymore, but I wouldn’t trade that for ANYTHING=) I would love to see more articles on vaccines, cloth diapering and breastfeeding/when/how to start solids.

  84. Love the bag!

I always love articles on Homeschooling, it is so helpful to see new ways of approaching different issues!

  85. I need a diaper bag so bad! I use grocery bags, lol! I’m about to have my 3rd, so I think its time I start looking!

I also love the current balance of mothering. My favorites are pregnancy health topics.

  86. I would love to see more articles of mothering/parenting in various cultures/religions. Also, parenting those challenging adolescents!

  87. Awesome bag! I never bought a real diaper bag yet…would love this one for my new baby girl coming in June. Would also love to see more discipline articles, or why not to spank, etc. But i am loving all the latest cloth diapering articles a lot!

  88. Oh my goodness, what a beautiful bag!

I’d love to see more articles on cloth diapering (especially when traveling) and the laws on breastfeeding in public and how to stay confident when faced with opposition. Thanks!!

  89. love jjcole!

i just started reading mothering, love it! not sure if you’ve had an article on battling thrush…my baby and i have been going through it for 4 months. i really want to cure it naturally, seems to keep coming back though. i think lots of mothers give up on breastfeeding because of thrush – it’s very, very painful.

  90. I love this bag.

I’d like some more articles about weaning off the breast and on transitioning back to work.

  91. I love anything on little baby/kid stuff, homemade baby food ideas/recipes, cloth diapering, eco-friendly stuff, etc., but you already do a great job with all that!

  92. Love the leafy print. Also love the way Mothering reminds me of how to be a better parent. It’s the little reminders that carry me through those truly frustrating parenting moments.

  93. Awesome bag!

I would love to read more articles about feeding toddlers a primarily vegetarian diet. We eat meat, but only occasionally and as my toddler has grown older she refuses many foods she ate as a baby.

  94. that’s a sweet bag!

i’ve been a long time reader and sometimes feel like the same themes are presented over and over, however, each time i read the entire issue through and see all sorts of similar experiences through different lenses, which is awesome. *but* i would enjoy more articles focused on homeschooling/alternative schooling and healthy eating on a budget with meal ideas! can never have too much in those two areas 🙂

  95. What a beautiful, functional bag! I would love to some articles featuring domestic breastmilk donation stories.

  96. Great bag! I’d love to see more articles related to baby sleep, and breastfeeding the toddler. But we do love “Mothering” just as it is in my house 🙂

  97. A new diaper bag would be great, our poor baby girl is getting all hand-me-downs so a new diaper bag to carry with her items in it would be great!

As far as more articles I’d like to see, I like everything that goes into the magazine. Maybe more recipes????

  98. Would love this gorgeous bag!! And more recipes in the mag would be awesome, and maybe some more articles about parenting older kids too (bullying, discipline, homeschooling, etc) Thanks!

  99. O how I would love to have such a beautiful bag. I would like to see more info on making vaccinations green.

  100. Found out I am pregnant a few days ago! Mothering was my first stop, I love all of the articles I have found so far. However, I think it would be great to have transitional type articles for those of us that are newer to the natural mothering movement!

This is seriously a great diaper bag, would love to carry it proudly!

  101. I’d like to see more articles on milk banks and breastmilk donation; on gentle discipline technique; on healthy eating on a budget (eating in season type things)
    .-= Karianna´s last blog ..Mass Warm-Up Act =-.

  102. That bag is so cute!

I’d like to see articles on healthy lunches to pack our kids in school that won’t spoil without being too cold or need to be heated up. Lunchbox rut is easy to get into.

More sleep articles with helpful ideas and support for different stages (birth through toddler) would also be really nice. Maybe include some of the things that can cause bad sleep that may have a solution too, and not just say “let them cry” or “bad sleeping is normal”. Sometimes its beyond normal, and I knew something was wrong, but all I ever heard were the two comments I just listed (my daughter needed a cranial osteopath and then started sleeping- we went 22 months with her never sleeping more than 2 straight hours).

  103. I love that diaper bag!

I would like to see more articles on co-sleeping. Not just what it is, but break down some of the recent research on it and the benefits. Addressing some of the misconceptions many people have about it would be great. Healthy eating on a budget would be great. I loved the article on the community garden in the last issue!

  104. I’ll admit that I own this bag in another print, but I would love a second to use as her child care bag!

I love to see articles on breastfeeding and cloth diapering. It would be interesting to see articles on how breastfeeding relationships change with time.

  105. Love the bag!!

I would love to see some articles on elementary age kids. My daughter is finishing Kindergarten right now and I feel like first grade is another world. We decided to send her to public school and that’s a little scary for me!

I agree with Linda, what to pack for lunch ideas would be great too!

  106. I love this bag!! Gorgeous! Keep up the great work on articles about breastfeeding. i’d love to learn how I can become a lactation consultant. I never thought I would have the passion for breastfeeding that I now have and would love to help others.

  107. I love all the pockets!

I’d love more articles on attachment parenting a toddler. The early years have so many books and articles, and was fairly basic, but I find myself turning into someone I don’t like with my toddler. Please help!

  108. i’d love some info on frugal ways to live and mother naturally, tandem nursing, and natural remedies for common illnesses – I love getting my Mothering in the mail!

  109. Great bag! We have 4 kiddos & have been using an old beach bag from old navy as our latest diaper bag. This bag sounds like it would be great with extra compartments for carrying things for the other littles.oh to be more organized*) I would love to see more articles on homeopathy & flower essences for little ones. Also good foods for different personality types. Thank you!

  110. Looks like a great sylish bag! Mine is starting to tear in places and we have a new one coming in September. 🙂

I’d love to see some articles on how to make your own detergents, cleaning solutions, etc.

  111. What a great looking bag!!!!

I would like to see more articles on healthy eating and discipline techniques.

  112. Cute bag! Definitely excited about this giveaway!

I’d love to see more articles on healthy lunch options for school lunches as well as pregnancy nutrition with some recipe ideas. I’d also love more articles on EC, and frugal living.

  113. I would like to see articles on unschooling and exclusively pumping for those of us who are unable to breastfeed for whatever reason.

  114. Wow what a nice bag! I’m new to Mothering and don’t have any ideas of things that are missing. But I would like to say that I appreciate that you print all types of letters sent in to you, not just the flattering ones. I also enjoy seeing all the pictures your readers send!

  115. I want! lol

I’d love to see more on breastfeeding a toddler, and breastfeeding manners (as in the baby’s manners).

  116. Ooh, how pretty! Love that it could work for a girl or boy:) I’d like to see more articles on babywearing or homeopathic remedies for common illnesses.

  117. Love the diaper bag. I would love to see more on temper tantrums from little ones, 15 months and younger, and how to deter them before they get to bad. Especially in public! Yikes!

  118. Great bag! I’d love to see more articles about older kids/families and what attachment parenting looks like for them as they enter into a world of school, friends, technology, etc.

  119. Great bag!

Would love to see more breastfeeding toddlers/tandem nursing and maybe healthy eating on a budget as well

  120. I would love this bag! With baby #3 on the way, we could definitely use it as our other bags have seen better days. I would love to see more articles on child guidance and parenting more than one child while still finding time to nourish your marriage and nourish your own soul (how do you juggle it all???)

  121. I would really love this bag!

I’d love to see more breastfeeding, extended breastfeeding, child lead weeing, and maybe some articles about those that have had problems breastfeeding but were able to over come it and still breastfeed (like me for example, I had to use a nipple shield and nursed my son for 12.5mo, and my daughter is still nursing at almost 14mo)

  122. I would like to see more articles on gentle discipline, child-led weaning and allergies.

    What a beautiful bag!

  123. I love the bag… hope to win something!!! I really enjoyed last months mothering magazine on cloth diapering. Thanks to mothering I now use cloth diapers on my 8 month old. I would like to see more about breast feeding!!!

  124. Love the bag! Love Mothering magazine too. I’d like to see an article about talking to your non-natural parenting friends about cloth diapering, breast feeding, homebirth, etc!

  125. Still on the hunt for the perfect bag, I d love to see an article on the best Eco products their are so many awesome earth friendly products I’d like to see someone really let us know what’s good and what’s just smoke and mirrors

  126. Is this a bag for Baby or Mama? 😀 Nice enough to use as a purse!

I’d like to see more articles on traveling with your children at different ages to different places and also on chiropractic care and homeopathy for children.

  127. I have begged stolen and borrowed to find the perfect diaper bag, and still not just the right fit, but since making the choice to be SAHM, I can no longer search for diaper bags like I used to search for shoes. (I was a retail manager in my childless life.)

Articles I am very interested in are anything on new statements by the AAP regarding slings, circumcision, vaccines, co-sleeping, and pretty much any other thing they seem to make generalities about and what the real information should be for us concerned but skeptical mommies.

Thanks. I love Mothering, and this blog.

  128. Love the bag!! I definitely need a new one for baby #2 who will be here very soon!

I would love to see more articles about gentle discipline.

  129. I’d LOVE this bag. I am currently pregnant with baby#2.

I would love articles on how to have a natural birth in a hospital without many interventions…I am attempting this with a midwife after a medicated birth with my son.

  130. Would love to have this diaper bag for my daughter! It looks like it has plenty of room for cloth diapers and all the other necessaties.

I would like to see more articles on breastfeeding, and making baby food at home.

  131. Love the bag! But then again, I love most bags. Despite my closet full, I always love a new, fancy one!

I can’t get enough of home birthing stories, so those are always welcome. I’d also love to see more about preschoolers and their stages of development, particularly how to strengthen social skills, empathy, and an ability to speak up for oneself or others.

  132. Would love one for my new baby due in oct. Would love some simple nutritious recipes for toddlers.

  133. I would love to see some articles on herbalism and natural ways to treat common illnesses- I am just getting through a bout of mastitis, and would have rather not treated it in such a harsh way.

  134. Lovely bag! I would be interested in articles about giving birth over 40, the spirituality of motherhood, and I always need more recipes!

  135. GOSH, wow what a bag…I really badly want IT..:)

Mothering website is awesome, has everything…but would love some recipes for the picky n fussy eaters!

  136. Pregnant with first baby girl and about to deliver anytime soon. I really love this diaper bag and one would come in handy since we haven’t gotten any yet.

I’d love to read more articles about how to raise multilingual children, since our household will have a trilingual speaker pretty soon.

  137. I love all the cloth diapering articles. Maybe do an article about washing cloth/trouble shooting problems (stinkies). Also about some other great products like diaper rash creams that are CD safe or cloth wipes. New to CD and these all were something i had to heavily research to find out about, but would love more info.

That diaper bag is so cute! Functional yet practicle!

  145. I love the bag!

I would also love to see more articles on parenting special needs children. My son is Deaf and we have had to adjust to different ways of thinking and communicating. I always gain insight from others who have had to do life “differently,” and who do it well regardless of the specific disability.

I would also like to see more about artificial food colors and additives and their impact on health and behavior.

  146. Love your magazine and LOVE the bag! I would love to see more articles on helping people make the switch from a more mainstream lifestyle to a healthier one. For me, when I made the switch, it was hard just because it seems these two styles exist in extremes. It was really difficult to go from one to the other, without a clue of what I was “supposed” to be doing, if that makes sense. And since your magazine helped me convert, I can only hope it helps others to do the same 🙂

  147. What an awesome bag! I’d love to be able to gift my daughter-in-law with it for grandbaby #2 in Oct! What does a healthy/healthier life “look” like – first hand experience from the trenches!

  160. I seriously love this bag! I have one that is finally wearing out and I just bought one for my third little girl that is due in September. My neighbor down the street just had a little boy (a month early!) and is in need of a diaper bag. This would be perfect for her! It is fantastic!

My first little girl, if acting out, would start behaving immediately if we gave her even a slightly disappointed look. My second, who is one, laughs when I say no and give the same look. I am very against spanking in my house and would love some articles as to how to handle her. I hope my third and final baby will behave like my first! Here’s to hoping!

  169. I LOVE JJ Cole diaper bags and this one has a wonderful pattern, I would love to win it! I would love articles on potty training, I am working with my 3 year old boy!

  170. Make a comment–and that’s your entry. But this particular diaper bag contest has ended. Try the BabyMel or Baggino ones?

  171. This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing sites that get the value of providing a high quality resource for free. It is the oldwhat goes around comes around routine.

  172. I love this bag! I would love to see more cloth diapering articles. Maybe more produuct profiles or real mom’s advice on practical use.
