Psyched Up Smoothie

This recipe is for a single serving of smoothie. Orange or apple juice work well and our favorite frozen fruit to use is strawberries. Perfect for a pre-game or post-game snack.

1/2 ripe banana

1/2 cup frozen fruit

1/2 cup fruit juice

1/4 cup yogurt

1 teaspoon sweetener (honey, maple syrup, sugar)

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes a little over 1 cup
