This tea will help you to relax and get a good night’s sleep. It is a tonic as well as a relaxant.
In a ceramic or glass teapot, put:
1 tablespoon dried chamomile
1 tablespoon dried hops
1 tablespoon dried lemon balm
Add 1 pint boiling water.
Steep for no more than 10 minutes; sip in the evenings before bed.
