Support Ribbons - What do they all mean?

Lots of Mothering members place support ribbons in their posts or in their signatures to show their support for a particular cause or illness or to identify with it in relation to someone in their family. Many people do not realize what each color ribbon stands for and it can be confusing since some are used for several different causes or illnesses. Here is a list of those we have in place and have been able to identify. If you have a ribbon to share that we have not covered here please post in the comment box below and we'll add it to the article.
