Tofu Sloppy Joes

Sloppy joeThis dish is so quick, and so yummy. Kids love it and it takes about 10 minutes to make. Always keep a few block of extra firm tofu in your freezer for this quick dinner.


2 containers of defrosted organic extra firm tofu

Bragg's amino acids or soy sauce

nutritonal yeast

2 c organic ketchup

2-4 tsp organic wet mustard

1-2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (or other vinegar)

4 tbsp of brown sugar


2 containers of defrosted organic extra firm tofu-the texture of this dish is better if the tofu is previously frozen

Break tofu into little pieces, brown in skillet with bragg's amino acids or soy sauce and nutritonal yeast until crispy.

Meanwhile, combine 2 c organic ketchup, 2-4 tsp organic wet mustard, 1-2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (or other vinegar), and about 4 tbsp of brown sugar. heat. mix with tofu, and serve on bread or buns!!!!

Serve with oven roasted french fries.
