Very disappointed that no explanation was given. Wolfmeis answered my first pm with an apology and promise to ship the next day. Sent two more pms over next several weeks which were read, but not answered. I hope this can be remedied so I can change this post. Never needed to leave a negative before. :(

I was absolutely late and have very little excuse for that tardiness.
However, while it is possible that user didn't realize it because it was vacuum sealed, but I sent 20.00 value in sugar scrub alone. I use organic ingredients and pure essential oils. They aren't cheap.
The other things were almost incidental to the swap, and I was trying to be friendly. My dh homebrews and the stickers and magnets were meant to be humorous items.

Received package today. It has the wondrous homemade sugar scrub that I loved the last time as well as the game rules we lacked. :love Unfortunately, it also included several homebrewing things we can't use (my request for a pm before sending homebrew supplies was disregarded)....<sigh>....
I would give it a neutral, but I'm not sure how to change the rating. Glad to have some sugar scrub from the swap.
