participated in a postcard swap and no postcards were received from her
I was the organizer of a postcard swap she participated in and she was supposed to send 10 postcards (as many as she received)... the deadline was February 2nd for mailing. When no one received postcards from her, I tried to contact her many times through the swap thread and through pms and she never responded. After I posted on the swap thread that I had contacted a mod, she sent me a pm April 11, saying the postcards would go out that week. None have been received and it is now May 25.
