This was a partial trade/partial paypal conducted on the 13th of February. After two weeks, I sent a pm asking for the status. I sent another pm 3 days later. I sent a 3rd pm on the 7th of March, stating that if I did not hear from this mama by that Friday (the 10th of March), I would be filing a claim and leaving negative feedback. She pmed me back on the 10th, claiming that she lost my address adn had been out of town, even though her member profile showed that she had been on more previously than the 2 weeks she claimed to be unavailable. I sent her my address and waited. On the 17th, I sent her another pm, requesting a refund, as I still had not received the item. She pmed me back, at that point, claiming that the clothing I sent her wasn't in the condition I described. I reminded her that the clothing was listed in good condition, not EUC or even VGC, but either way, to take the amount of the items she was complaining about off the price and to refund me the appropriate amount. She did not answer that pm. I pmed her on Thursday the 23rd, informing her that if I did not receive a refund by today, 27 Mar, I would be leaving negative feedback and filing with paypal.
I feel that I have been more than reasonable and fair. She has proven that she is not willing to take responsibility for her transaction. I have filed with Paypal and am now leaving negative feedback. I have kept all pms between us, if anyone feels that this is not warranted, you may contact me for copies. Thank you.
