i am so sorry for the confusion. i dont log into mothering everyday and never received any emails from you...you had my email addy from paypal. i just got the two pms that i saw today when i finally logged in. i am not sure why you were charged postage as I don't put stamps on them, i took the package into the post office and paid for postage. i will be happy to reimburse you the postage though.
i have excellent feedback and never had this problem before.

finally received the wool cover..it was at the post office, didnt send enough postage..i had to pay .33cents and make the trip over there. no big deal..but there was no reply to my emails and it did take quite awhile for me to receive my item.
