We do green smoothies every day, usually mid morning. Lunches: -hummus with carrots and cucumbers. Dd always wants rice, so she getsthat with coconut oil. -veggie coconut curry soup with brown rice. - GF tortilla stuffed with hummus, cucumber, spinach and avocado. Carrot "chips". We do snack lunches a lot too. Like fruit and veggies with lots of healthy dips (hummus, pb, etc). I always give her raw su flower seeds and raisins too.
