Jenn, there is an awesome natural parenting/homeschooling community in this area. Williamsburg mothering . com may be a good place to start!
Try Dr. Fink, the younger one, with Pediatric Specialist in Norfolk Dr Madren- Last I heard he was only accepting autistic clients.
Same here for sure! So much crying to be done...I finally broke down yesterday in the shower and felt oh so much better after I got that out.       I can't imagine doing this with another babe (or babes) in the house!! Seriously simply the mix of a toddler and a tear would be enough to make me cry every day! Thank God for good help, my mom has been here and will be here for another week so i'm *praying* my tear will heal up by then...Thankfully I haven't had to deal...
My adorable little guy, Ethan Thomas, 3 hours old here :)
So, my sister (a pro photographer) ended up coming here for 'vacation'. Her kids had spring break and their other vacation plans fell through so they packed up and got a hotel at the oceanfront for a week and a half waiting for the baby to come. She was my only hope for decent pictures but I had given up on the idea until a week before I was due she said 'we're coming!'. She ended up staying an extra day and keeping her kids out of school another day since I went 11 days...
My little guy, Ethan Thomas, was born Monday, 2/27 at 1:31pm after 4+hours at 9cm! Safe and sound at home with an amazing midwife and even better hubby. He was 8.2 and 20.5 in long!   My career is forever changed after this experience for sure!
I'm so with you here! I have to keep reminding myself that this pain will end too! I've got stitches galore and nipple pain that makes me want to scream every time my babe latches on. AND now, ofcourse, there is a baby to care for and no sleep at night. Who knew there was something worse than being 9+ pregnant?! haha, I'm happy pregnancy is over and trying hard to focus on all this aftermath getting better!   For the hemmorhoids: you NEED witch hazel! Get some witch...
Had a good long day of strong BH yesterday and was so stoked! It took some good sex but I still never expected that to work so well! And i've spent the last years telling people to do it!   I've got all sorts of family coming in now from a days drive away just to 'hang out' so I'm feeling the pressure to get this babes moving before everyone has to leave! Today is my last day of work (waiting tables) and that semi worries me because it means I'm going to have to...
I have seriously been on the sugar track the last week or so as well! Such horrible timing when I'm sure the poor baby is going to get it all! I just can't stop! I currently have ice cream cake, peanut butter pie and a little bit of ice cream in the freezer. Agh! Its not usually that bad! But I have absolutely NO desire for almonds, salads, or veggies of any sort. Thankfully I've been ok at forcing myself to eat something besides sugar but my resolve is definitely...
Awesome!! Way to get on it and 'make it happen' mrs. cookie! I hope your birth is way easier than you're anticipating!
