Nope, they don't withhold taxes. I know there are other people using Macs (that have posted on the work place like home forum); I don't see why it would be a problem. I *think* the differences are that LF doesn't have a minimum hours...

There are no multivitamins that are completely free of soy and corn, but some people are ok with the highly processed derivatives. (Vitamin E is usually soy-derived, vitamin C and others are usually corn, etc.)

I would absolutely do cooked. Eggs are one of the foods that have vastly different proteins when they're cooked. My daughter gets head to toe hives from raw egg contact, but at one point she was able to eat well-cooked hard boiled eggs...

You should contact the Seattle ICAN group! There are always people that are looking for doulas. (The meetings are also a great place to meet people that are passionate about birth, especially if you plan to work with any VBAC moms.)
