So I've done some research on "expressionless" and "emotionless" people and I can't come up with anything.  Hopefully someone here reads and understands what I am about to describe- is this depression?   A whole host of depression runs in my family although I do NOT feel depressed nor have I ever been diagnosed after visiting specialists.  That being said, I'm sure I had postpartum depression after my 1st child.   Anyway, my issue is that everyone I meet either...
I got a religious exemption for my son and didn't think twice about handing over that precious blue paper with the official seal ect... Now, we are changing schools since we moved and I NEED the form.  Can I ask for the original back and they make a copy?  If this common information?  What should I do?
My oldest just started pre-K this year.  Out of the 10 weeks he has been in school, he has been sick probably 8 times.  Before he went to school, he was a stay at home kid BUT we played at shopping malls regularly, played with neighborhood kids, played at a huge national amusement park (right down the road and season passes) ect.  He had the ability to pick up germs from all of these places before school but magically didn't.  THIS year has been his first year he has...
So, I feel blind and like I am missing something.  Please give me any suggestions you have.  Sorry my thoughts are all over.   3 weeks ago my 4 year old started pre-K (never had been in a daycare/school setting before).  Since school has started he has brought home several illnesses.  My 14 month old picked up a few things in the past few weeks but has either fought it off OR has been struggling to get rid of the same thing.   At the beginning of last week, baby...
No benefits in the future- it is a contractor position but it could lead to a better position within the company... I just need the experience first!
I really have to look more into this... what an interesting concept!  We only wanted something in case of a major illness or injury and this might just fit our needs...  Thanks for the suggestion!
Ok so hopefully this post is in the right area as I feel myself becoming hysterical.  Essentially, this post is about suggestions for health insurance and where I can apply for my husband when other companies are turning him down.   I had a job that offered group health insurance and things were fine.  With the economy, my husband losing his job, and travel time/gas cost, I had to look for a job closer to home and one that paid more.  I ended up getting another job...
And what alternatives do I have as far as medical tests?  Do bring him to an allergist to see what foods/ things he is allergic to?  I remember some test where I was pricked/injected countless times as a child and I really don't want that for my kid.
When my baby got sick at 4 weeks old, I elevated his crib mattress to about 30 degrees, I used breastmilk to put in his nostrils and use a bulb syringe occasionally. You have to be careful with their little nasal passages because the bulb syringe can cause inflammation and make things worse. Since their nasal passages are so small, it doesn't take much snot to clog it up. I breastfed making sure he was sitting as upright as possible because laying down made him...
Nurse here too and I refused. The main immunization "spokesperson" gave us an in-service about how effective and important it is (blah blah) and used my newborn and I as a prime example. He said everyone should get one to protect those who can't get one like newborns. He also mentioned getting the Tdap as well... I'll stick to my vitamin D like I always do.
