I try to limit my time on the computer too, so I know how hard that is. I usually get on when ds is napping, instead of doing other needful things. I can't find the original article that talks about voc's containing xeneoestrogens which mimic estrogens in the body. I did pull up this very informative piece which answered part of my question. Copper toxicity and voc's http://www.holistic-back-relief.com/...-toxicity.html But I'm still wondering what nutrients...

It has been slow going for me because of finances and the possibility of ds reacting to something in supplements. I wanted to keep track of how ds and I are doing with the supplements and the nutrient rich diet. Here is my update: Currently taking: 2000 iu vit d daily 8000 mg vit c daily (with bioflaviniods) zinc 50 mg b-12 1000 mcg I am doing well with the zinc supplementation. I recently did the zinc test again with zinc sulphate. My zinc levels are...
Thank you, wombatclay. I booked my appointment with the doctor for this saturday. I plan to have him check me again and possibly in a position other than lying down. If he doesn't see anything, I will get a referral to a specialist. "I know a lot of women have been told "this is normal, you had a baby" but things are changing... more and more women are not willing to accept that sort of statement and are demanding that the medical world pay attention to their...
YKYTPOAT -when a good portion of your meal is eaten off the seat of your dc's high chair... -when you don't even bother to organize the tupperware cabinet anymore, you just throw everything in off the floor 5x a day -you're done nursing and now there's pieces of steamed broccoli and noodles all over your boobs -You grin and bear it when dc is climbing all over you and kicking you in the stomach because you want him to fall asleep so you can finally pee -when you're...

This is an embarassing question and Im not sure where I should post this, but its been 14 months since my son was born and I still have painful intercourse. The worst part is AFTER the intercourse, I feel this pressure down there for a day or two. We've only been intimate a handful of times since ds was born and now Im starting to get fed up with this. The dr said it was normal... but seriously, I would like to know - has anyone else ever had this problem? And for...
