Figuring out birth plan stuff, and the template I have mentions allowing a tear to heal naturally rather than suturing. What are the advantages/disadvantages either way?
I'm using Lansinoh and it helps. The areola oozing you have it probably because the skin is broken.

Hospital/OB for me. If I could, I'd have chosen hospital birth centre with midwives, but I'm high risk and do not have that option.
