Oh, that's a great idea! I lived in Mexico in the 1990s and had 2 crowns put on while I was there. It was about 1/10th of what it would have cost in the US and both crowns are still going strong. But did the root canal and crown solve the problem? My concern is that the fracture is so deep I may go through all that and still wind up having the tooth extracted.
When I had gall stones, that's where the pain was. I often had nausea and vomiting with it. The episodes lasted from a few hours to three days. If it continues, I suggest you see a dr and get diagnosed. I waited a long time and I'm sorry I did. I went through a lot of pain that I could have avoided.
I need opinions, please. I have been getting pain and repeated gum infections in the lower left quadrant - just below tooth #18 (the last molar). After four months of repeated trips to my dentist, an oral surgeon, my TMJ specialist and my MD, they finally figured out that the molar has a small vertical fracture in the front that extends below the gumline and is causing all the problems. My dentist says I need a root canal and a crown, totaling about $2500. He then says...
Have you tried www.coabode.com ? Good luck, mama.
Do you only have DPNs? If so, socks are fun, or hats. Needles aren't very expensive. You should be able to get a circ needle for under $10. Surely your DH wouldn't have a fit about that.

I took a class at a local yarn shop 15 years ago, and it was one of the best things I've ever done for myself!
I use circs for all my projects (except socks). I don't even own straight needles. I find that circs allow me to keep a more relaxed posture when I'm knitting.

Mama, I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful babe.
