We mostly do leggings for DD.  Or on very warm days I just colour-coordinate her diaper to her top/dress and call it done.  I keep meaning to look into getting some babylegs for cooler weather...

I agree that it really depends on your needs.  What works for a chunky monkey heavy wetter will likely be different than a skinny baby that doesn't pee much, etc.  Also if you have hard water, baby has any skin sensitivities...
We would like to try these as well.  DD is going to be 5 months old next week and is definitely showing signs of starting the teething process.
