Been super busy, but still sticking to my workouts! No exercise this weekend, but eating low cal. Ran, did weights, and abs yesterday. I'm going to pull out the measuring tape...... I broke the 120s on Friday, so I'm feeling very encouraged. My target weight is between 110-115, I'm at 128. Gotta keep going!! Hope your weekend is lovely, ladies!
