The black bean chocolate cake is fast becoming famous around here. Dh's older sister was visiting from out of state last week, and we made it for her birthday. Not sure. I think being so dependant on it, has its drawbacks. I gave up my cell phone a few months ago. We still have dh's though. My life did not fall apart. The instant gratification that forums, email and the like offers, is a burden to me. And I highly doubt that I am the only one that feels this way. I long for simplicity away from modern conveniences. They do not truly simplify life, as advertised. Instead they make me more dependant.
A fellow TF blogger has done some rather extensive testing on Water Kefir, and found that , just like Kombucha and the ginger bug, it never measure's higher then .65%. You would have to drink a huge amount, for that to have any effect. I am guessing you are feeling more the live culture/probiotics that are having their say with your body.
