one thing that helped me was doing kegels. even doing kegels during sex can help you feel looser and make the sex better. maybe you could try that. HTH!

definitely agree with earlier posts about your body telling you when to side sleep. i would go to sleep on my side and wake up on my back all during both my pgs, then i would panic and think "oh no, how long have i been on my back?...

i completely understand what you're feeling. i was 40+ weeks with both of my kids and will probably be again with our current pg. it just seemed like to me that being overdue was just wearing me out and i was also dealing with hip pain...
