The NICU's I've worked don't push Circ...its a simple "do you want him circ'd?" then yes or no it doesn't matter. So don't be too stressed!

I think when they are that preterm the docs don't try to encourage the other one to come if they don't share a sac/placenta...i've seen them as far apart as 3-4 weeks!
