I have a 19 month old little girl and would love to find out more about Montessori, I love the organised spaces and the learning activites look so interesting. Whichare your FAVOURITE blogs for inspiration???
Thanks so much!
You just inspired me to spend 15 mins washing the wall above my cooker with some sugar soap and hot water to shift some of the grease and make it look pretty and white again (instead of sitting on the sofa surfing the web, lol, it's just gone 9.00pm here in the UK) so thank you, I've been meaning to do it for ages now...I hope to do another wall tomorrow! :)
My sister MamaUk writes a beautiful blog about famiy life bringing up two little girls in what is her take on a waldorf inspired home, you might want to take a look, she has some lovely pictures, she has been a real inspiration when it came to setting up my playspace for my lo! Try clicking on the "home" and the "natural play" buttons on her sidebar.

Hope this helps, enjoy and good luck with your journey! :)
My 1 year hold really resists a toothbrush, I am lucky if she even opens her mouth for me. I have tried making it into a game, I give her her own toothbrush too, I ask her kindly if she would mind opening her mouth so mummy can brush her toothiepegs but I'm not sure what else to do short of forcing the toothbrush into her mouth which I wouldn't be comfortable doing, also I'm not sure how much brushing I would be able to do anyway... Any tips from more...
Hello, I'm in the middle of setting up my little one's play space. I was just wandering what are the most popular toys/ un-toys in your household? My baby is 11 months old. I have read Simplicity parenting (loved it!!!) so we are going for the "less is more" approach, just trying to get it striaght in my head what the key items to go for are! Thanks! :)
I would love to make some for my little one for when she is older and I was wandering if anyone here had made there own and if so did they have any pictures...and any links to online turorials or books which would show me how? Oh and is it hard? Thanks!
