Congrats!! [QUOTE=wtg4miracle;13410291] I am afraid I can't give dh a child. I am thinking baby baby baby all the time. My arms and heart ache for a baby. At one point I don't know how I can live normally if we can't conceive. Its horrible feeling and wonder why its happening. I don't know why the (higher ups) has chosen us to go this path. There are no words to describe IF. Its painful and detrimental to or emotional well-being. Sometimes I totally freak out...
Thanks for your suggestions. I actually work in a predominantly Asian neighborhood & was considering those options. I'm not too keen on invasive treatments and was going to hold off for about 3 months before we see a specialist (I'm guessing the drs. also stressed seeing a specialist because of our ages). I will check out the book (I'm a research junkie anyway) and I do need to reasses my diet (or lack of...). Best, ~Karina
Thanks for the response! I think I'm going to look into them. I don't want to obsess (although it's probably too late for that!) but I feel I need some level of support. I think it would ultimately be helpful and informative (?), but I'm also afraid it can be depressing and maybe self-absorbing (iykwim). Did anyone find it helpful (or maybe not)? Thanks ~Kari
Hi- new here. Looking for some advice and feedback. My DH (38) and I (38) had all our preliminary tests completed & my estradiol levels came back high (85). My obgyn suggested I go see a specialist. After discussing with DH, our only option would be unmedicated IUI (we probably couldn't handle anything more invasive- emotionally & financially!). Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, I'd be very appreciative if you were willing to share your experience. We really...
New here, but wanted to add my humble opinion as a native (and growingly jaded) New Yorker. Yes, we know NYC is the stereotypical and I believe the definitive metropolis. But....it's a wonderful living experience if you are young, want to experience the excitement, willing to commit to the the struggles of everyday city life (that when young can add to the overall "city" vibe), and have a great opportunity to work and/or study. Other than that...ehh. Everyone who I meet...
