Spinach blends the easiest, and will work in an blender. Kale, collards, chard - all will be chunky in a regular blender. At least in my experience. You can try just blending them for a LONG time, that will make a difference as well....

Well, it honestly depends on your blender. I have a VitaMix so it completely liquifies EVERYTHING. A regular blender will liquify spinach and easy greens after some time, but kale needs a VitaMix or other high-powered blender. HTH!
