I use them. I don't think they necessarily increased milk pumped but do make it more comfortable. I also have small nipples.
Have you tried spreading fruit puree on toast? My LO has that for breakfast most mornings at 10 months. I'd just keep trying on the fruit & veggies but let her eat the grains, too.
Veggie purees in pancakes or bread. You can make sweet potato pancakes, or get a zucchini bread recipe and instead of grated zucchini use pureed carrots & other veggies.
We had green poops when baby had a virus. Went away as soon as he was healthy.
