I found a really good article in one of the WAPF magazine I had. Here is what it says:
-WAPF recommends a dose of High vitamin CLO per day (20 000 IU of vit.A and 2000 IU of vit. D and 2 grams of omega 3) so about 1 3/4 tsp
-vit E and K: Grass-fed animal fats, palm oil, fresh fruits and veggies, nuts, freshly groung grains, fermented foods and leafy greens
-biotin: liver and egg yolks
-folate: liver, legumes, beets, greens
-choline:grass-fed dairy, yolks, liver,...
