I bought latex mattresses and we just have bed frames that are made for just a mattress with no box spring. 

Should I just be looking for no VOCs, or is there anything else about paint that I should be aware of?   TIA.

Okay, so I'm a little afraid to say anything and jinx it.... but I think something might be happening soon. Last night my nightly contractions were stronger than usually. DP and I DTD, which caused a few pretty serious contractions....
