Made my goal for the week. 193 pounds this morning. :)
I did a great workout today and feel really good about that. Was at 195 when I checked my weight after that - so down 1 lb for this week so far. Good. Want to be 193 next week and then 190 the week after. My goal is to be in the low 180s.
