My cervix still was posterior when I was admitted at 5cm about 2.5hours before DD was born. 

Hospital Vaginal G4P4 2nd VBAC, 1st waterbirth, 1st unmedicated labor (I actually *birthed* DS unmedicated but had an epi during part of my labor) 40w5d 8lb, 7.8oz (and 22"!) FEMALE!
