We are currently in the midst of an awful stomach virus that has taken over the whole family and wiped us out for the past week. It started with the babies vomiting. And yes, for spit up vs vomit, you'll know it when you see it.

Same here. Seems normal. My boys do it often, not just when working on milestones. Sometimes it means they have a burp, other times that they're not ready for sleep, other times still, who knows.

It's totally real -- you're not imagining it. Who knows whether they'll grow out of it or not? Have you seen the twin tennis players, the Bryans? They move so in sync it's eerie....
