I currently WAH as a medical transcriptionist with my 7 week old daughter. My husband wants to relocate so that he can eventually go to the police academy in his home state, which isn't even taking new applicants right now. : Anyway, i'd have to give up this WAH job and go with another WAH job that pays about 1/3 of what I earn now AND we'd give up our apartment to live in my MIL's house, albeit she is never there becuase she is a police officer and always...

Hi everyone! I'm Amy, a 27-year-old WAHM who does medical transcription and just got married August 2003. I have a 7-week-old daughter, Amaya, who was born on April 14, 2004. Right now I am dealing with relactating after finding out she is pretty allergic to every formula every made and a failed first attempt at BFing after an unplanned C-section. : Glad to be here with all of you lovely mommies to get lots of good advice and support in raising the wildchild!
