My daughter and I both had pertussis (whooping cough) a few years back, when she was 2. I don't know if I gave it to her, if she gave it to me, or if we both got it from someone else. DH didn't get sick.

You were not denied a religious exemption, because the church does not have the authority to grant or deny. Nebraska has a very simple process for religious exemptions to vaccines. Print this form and get it notarized....
Non-medical exemptions exist in every state except Mississippi and West Virginia. What state are you in?
