If it was a blood test your levels were just probably low. I went in for HCG blood testing at 14 dpo and my numbers were on the lower end. When we tested again 72 hours later everything had properly doubled.

Both my babies were totally different. DD was two weeks late, DS was 3 weeks early. Both we were very sure on dates. I am now pregnant with my third and have no idea what to expect.
