Blue - I am so sorry. I agree with Keria - that is unfair. My RE did not offer a second beta after my non-successful FET. Just told me to stop the PIO and that I should get a period within a week.
Thanks to all who responded to my question about a urologist for DH. I checked and it looks like there is one urologist who specializes in infertility who just happens to practice at the same hospital our RE does AND is covered by our insurance. Who knew?   Blue - Still hoping for some good news for you.   Kewpie - I love to see the progress on your signature. I just makes me smile.    rcr and Belly - I hope you are well.   Hi to everyone else. There are...
Hi all - Although I am officially taking a break, we have an appointment with our RE next week to discuss the next steps/outcomes of our past treatments (three clomid IUIs all BFN, one IVF BFP but then MC @ 12 weeks, one FET BFN). Beside the basic questions (any other tests, change in protocol, etc.), I was wondering if my husband should be seeing a specialist (urologist, I think)? Has anyone else's husband gone in for more testing? Our one identified issue is MFI (poor...
Laggie - I am so sorry.
Blue - Thinking of you. I really hope this is your turn.
Blue - What a lovely puppy! I remember those sharp little teeth and also the chewing/nipping right before my girl would sleep. When I think of how much money we spent on chew toys and dog beds...whew!   Kewpie - So happy things are looking good for your pregnancy.   Laggie and Keria - Wishing you both an uneventful pregnancy. Worrying is part of being a mom. Because of ART, you just know you are a mom way before most other people do = extra time to worry...
rcr - I am so sorry. I know how you feel, but I am still hopeful we are both wrong and get lucky someday. Well as lucky as anyone jabbing themselves with needles voluntarily can get :) I was sticking around on this thread just to see your cycle to the end.   So that's it for me on MDC for now. By due-date buddy on my old DDC had her baby today and this spring IVF thread is wrapping up.   Kewpie and Laggie - H&H9M to you both!   Keria and Taxlady - Good luck!...
Congratulations Laggie!
Kewpie - I am so happy for you! I am also happy you get to stay home and rest. Best wishes! I think its time for a summer IVF thread too.   rcr and others - I think $12k for those without insurance coverage is about right. I also am lucky to have insurance coverage, but its according to a lifetime maximum of $15k, so I track all the costs. Luckily, I get the insurance contract rate, but I also see the rate people without insurance would pay. Three IUIs (clomid and...
Hi everyone.   rcr - I am glad to hear you liked my other post. I think I will also take a MDC break when this thread wraps up. My husband changed his mind about the crib. He wants to keep it. I guess that is his answer to if he still wants another.   Keria - I hope your retrieval goes well.   Laggie - It is not over til its over as you said.   Bellybean - Its great you will have a vacation to keep yourself busy.   Blue - Good luck with your tests....
