Thank you! Very helpful :-)   I think we're okay on milk, but the offer is very much appreciated :-)       i was thinking last night about how people say they can't imagine their life without their baby....
i will have the list of nursing approved drugs i found on kellymom.. hopefully they take requests! my lll leader and kellymom say that when i can hold him it should be okay. should've looked before asking. ah, laziness...

having surgery on weds to remove the cyst (apparently we don't have to name it) and my right ovary.       she says i'll need to pump and dump through two feedings... so i guess i should read up on how to do...

First noting that I have a baby who never screams about nursing (unless it's the left boob being offered), he just turns away if he's not interested.   When he's really tired and he won't nurse down and I've already tried...
Stuck with: nursing cloth diapering co-sleeping baby-led weaning   Gave up: baby wearing. My back couldn't take it. no plastic. I'm picky, but the teethers are nice (I like the ones with water that you freeze)
i thonk so! it used to be uncomfortable and painful. i've been moving him while he sleeps on me to have him laying in the nursing position on that side and getting him used to the fact that it's okay now.. and then changing the nipple...
i feel like i'm getting an award :-)  i'd like to thank dr. koep, the chiropractor and my friend debbie for doing bowen work on him - for free because he's a baby. and me, for thinking of nipple shields and never really giving up....
My son, who went two weeks without nursing my left side, just easily nursed to sleep on my left side.     I could cry.     I got a nipple shield and he liked it! Easily nursed it. Then I would take it...
