So, what's the most efficient way to bring my levels back up?
I have a Rx for B12 shots. I've been advised by the Dr. to take 1 shot 1x/week for the first month, and thereafter 1x/2 weeks.
I've been asked to up my level of heme iron. I'll be eating chicken livers, but not sure how much and how often.
What else should I do?
I eating pretty healthy otherwise (soaked whole grains, nuts, seeds, little to no artificial stuff etc.), though we typically don't eat much...
