School. Depending on where one lives (in the US), your kid's vax status might restrict the schooling options they have.
Totally agree!!
Baseline estimates of diarrhea-associated mortality among United States children before rotavirus vaccine introduction. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21691244   From the above - under Results: ... Black children died at almost 4 times the rate of white children. ...   Does anyone have any links/resources to explain this?
So, if a doctor doesn't provide VIS ... and a vaxed kid gets some adverse side effect ... is the doctor liable?  Should they be?
Our pedi asked me to sign one - I refused.    I've declined other treatments before and never had to sign anything.   Don't they make a note on their records anyway whether a patient/parent refuse some treatment or other?
Good one.  No kidding ...   Wasn't there also a suggestion of separating vaxed and non-vaxed kids in doctor's office ... great, segregation ... And non-vaxers not to share or promote the ideas of non-vaxing in some other thread too ... great, censorship ...
I find it more scary than offensive.   Instead of going against the vax manufacturers and demanding safer-n-more-effective vaxes, some parents are going against others instead.    Classic consequence of divide-n-conquer strategy.
North Korea is probably a good place for ideas like this.
It looks like many cancer have enough in common ... CD47, a protein, found on the surface of cancerous cells that acts as "dont-eat-me" signal to our immune system.  They're developing anti-CD47 antibodies and starting clinical trials soon.    More here: http://med.stanford.edu/ism/2013/may/cd47.html http://stemcell.stanford.edu/CD47/     On a related note ... broad-spectrum anti-viral study: http://www.ll.mit.edu/news/DRACO.html
