@ellasmommy10 have you looked into if she may also have an issue processing oxalates? They can lead to vaganial pain and painful urination and dumping of oxalate crystals in the urine that others have reported causes alot of issue and pain with potty training...   I have noticed that alot of people on the oxalate board also have issues with salicylates and I believe both are linked by mitochondrial dysfunction/disease.
