Most of my clothes are things I bought last year. Target online had some good stuff this year. I also like the funny shirts from Cafe Press, but they tend to run small so I went up a size.
My doc says hr shouldn't go above 140. I do yoga when I'm up for it and plan on adding in swimming. I would think that if you jog regularly when not pregnant that jogging wouldn't be a problem now. I bought a heart rate monitor...
