congrats! So glad you both are doing so well. I firmly believe that each baby has it's own plan for coming into this world. My last birth (4 days ago) was by far my hardest/longest!

I have the bellefit and am loving it. At night I use a belly wrap from Guatemala that I also love. For night time you can use a sari or other long fabric and tie yourself as tightly as possible. Such great relief!

I take arnica in tablet form and then you can always put the cream where needed. works for a ton of stuff!!! Swelling, pain, irritation. Currently taking ibuprofen (Motrin is a brand name) while at hospital.
