Did you consult your health care practitioner when you fell?  Have you told them about your recent symptoms?  I would encourage you to call them or labor and delivery at your hospital right away.

The filling would release some dust and particles into the air when it is drilled out.  Your dentist may be able to use a dental dam to less the amount of chemicals and such that end up in your mouth while they are working on...

I put all of those things on my registry.  Cloth wipes would also be good, and I think those Kissaluvs needs waterproof covers.  Amazon also has these super cute wet bags to put diapers in when you are traveling.
