180.4, same as last week. I'm finding myself in a rut right now, too many treats and late-night ice cream with DH. I am starting to track calories again today with MFP, so that should help. I am committing this week to logging everything I eat. Since I am no longer tracking my son's eating, I figure I have some more time to spend entering in my food.
