I'm a vegetarian (4+ years) who occasionally eats fish. In fact, during my first pregnancy two years ago, I started eating fish because I was having terrible cravings! I followed the Brewers diet for the 2nd half of my pregnancy- lots of eggs and Greek yogurt got me through. I will probably start that soon, but right now I'm trying to just eat what my body craves, which happens to be cooked greens. Yum- it's great because they're in season in Colorado!
