Hi everyone. I'd like to join in here if that's ok with you. I used to run more frequently before I had my daughter Valyn in August 2009, since then I put on a lot of weight and didn't get in much running, which I mainly blaming on the lack of sleep! I've started doing the couch to 5k running plan and I'm on week 4. I love to run and I'm looking forward to getting back in shape again.
