Due May 15th!!! Having a GIRL!
Please remove me. I am bidding farewell to everyone because I had another m/c yesterday. The nurse called and she wants me to come in tomorrow for blood work so that this does not happen again.   I will be back....in another due date club! I hope everyone of you ladies has a healthy and happy 9 months!
Hey mamas,   For the past four years, I have been making my own shampoo and most of my own hair products. Whenever people would ask me what I used on my hair, I always told them "Oh, well I use blah, blah, blah but it's a concoction that I make." And the response is always the same, "Wow...do you sell it?" I have made a few blends for friends, but I have never sold anything that I make. Everything that I make uses products that are found in your kitchen and whole...
Great ideas mamas. Since my DH and I are both really frugal, it makes it easy for us to save and re-use items in our household. So far we've - stopped using paper towels and started using cloth - unplug everything when not in use...our electric bill tops $70 each month - no air conditioner during the day, just fans - collect rainwater, and use it to water our grass and garden - planted a tomato and peach tree and started growing cucumbers - wash and sanitize...
I am taking New Chapter Perfect Prenatal and love them. I love the fact that they are derived from whole/raw foods. They are rather expensive though, so right now I just buy the 90-day supply at $32.  Since it doesn't contain DHA, I am taking a DHA supplement. You do take them 3 times per day, but according to "Making Babies" the author says that you should opt for a prenatal that you take 3-times a day, not a once a day formulation. i've been taking them for nearly 2...
I, too, had a similar situation. All of my FRER tests are coming back super faint, the internet tests are looking negative, but the digital test had a huge "pregnant". I've always heard that FRER are really accurate and show a BFP sooner....but in my case that isn't true. Is there any way that your doctor/MW can do a beta?
Hmm, sounds like you're running into "hands off" MWs, which is not a bad thing. The key is finding a MW that meshes with your beliefs.   Whenever I call my midwife's office, the lady who answers the phone knows that if it is an emergency that you would have most likely called the MWs cell phone. She is always helpful, but always lets you know that if the MW is in the exam room or delivery that she will not be returning any phone calls for a while.   I try to...
What a cute story! Men are hilarious!   I love your collage. What a lovely way to capture memories and as guests come in, they can take a peak.
I am newly pregnant and looking for a health provider. Even before I became pregnant, my DH and I knew we wanted a midwife in a birth center. Immediately after my BFP, I called my midwife to see if she accepts my insurance - she does not :-(.  So I called my insurance to find out exactly what they covered and which providers were in my network.   The nice lady explained that for routine visits everything is covered at 100%. But for non-routine services, I would have...
