I am not familiar with goitrogens in food. Yet another thing to learn. I've been reading this thread with interest. I like the idea of a blended salad, but like others feel a bit squeamish. Luckily ds eats salad (chopped veggies, including greens) as a part of at least one meal a day. I also juice veggies for him every morning.
